Getting Started: Your First 10 Minutes in LeadLock AI

LeadLock AI is designed to get you up and running fast. This guide walks you through account creation, profile setup, connecting your tools, and capturing your first lead—all in about 10 minutes.

Step 1: Create your account

Head to the signup page and enter your full name, company name (optional), email, and password. After signup, you're taken directly to the onboarding profile page—no email confirmation needed.

  • Full name helps your team identify you in the CRM
  • Company name sets your account name (visible on quotes and communications)
  • You can skip the profile and come back later—all fields are optional

Step 2: Complete your profile

The onboarding profile collects information that personalizes your CRM experience. Fill in what you can—you can always update it later from Settings.

  1. Personal information: first name, last name, birthday, phone
  2. Business information: business name, industry, company size, website
  3. Sales information: estimated leads per month, sales cycle length, primary service
  4. AI personalization: choose a communication tone (professional, friendly, casual, urgent) and describe your target audience
Why this matters
Your industry and AI tone settings help AI agents write messages that match your brand. A friendly HVAC company sounds different from a formal law firm.

Step 3: Choose your plan

After the profile, you're taken to the billing page. Choose a plan that matches how many lines, minutes, and SMS credits you need—and whether you want AI answering the phone or full dispatch operations.

  • Free: chat widget + CRM trial caps—no bundled phone lines or SMS
  • Starter: 1 line slot, pooled minutes, included SMS credits (Twilio), 1 AI agent, small workflow allowance
  • Growth: 2 lines, higher SMS/minute pools, booking, campaigns, and AI receptionist turns
  • Pro+: platform number provisioning, team permissions, API, heavier voice/SMS pools
  • Operations: dispatch queue, technician mobile, job documentation, and advanced customer notifications

Step 4: Your CRM is ready

Once you have a plan, you land in the CRM dashboard. From here you can add leads manually, use built-in Lead Capture and native automations, install a chat widget, or import a CSV of existing contacts.

  1. Add your first lead from the Leads page
  2. Use Lead Capture and Integrations for forms, chat, and optional inbound HTTP when needed
  3. Install the chat widget on your website
  4. Import existing contacts via CSV
