LeadLock AI and businesses using LeadLock may send SMS messages only after a user has provided opt-in consent through a website form, chat flow, phone interaction, booking workflow, or other consent-enabled lead capture process.

Message use cases include lead follow-up, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, customer support communication, and related transactional responses tied to user interaction.

Message frequency may vary depending on user interaction, support activity, booking status, and service usage.

Opt-Out Instructions

Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. For assistance, users may reply HELP or contact support directly.

Standard message and data rates may apply based on the recipient's mobile carrier and plan.

AI Communication Disclosure

LeadLock AI may use automation and artificial intelligence to assist with chat responses, SMS communication, and voice call handling. AI-generated content is designed to support customer communication but may be incomplete or inaccurate in some cases.

Businesses remain responsible for reviewing AI-assisted communication, handling escalations appropriately, and applying human oversight when required.

AI Voice Website Agent Disclosure

When enabled by a customer, LeadLock AI may provide a website-based voice assistant that processes microphone input, generates AI replies, and displays transcripts in a chat-style widget.

Customers are responsible for publishing appropriate visitor disclosures, obtaining any required consent, and offering human escalation paths where needed.

Data Usage Summary

Depending on use case, LeadLock AI may collect name, phone number, email address, and message details submitted through forms, chat, booking flows, and related communications.

This information is used to provide requested services, support communication workflows, improve platform experience, and maintain service operations.
