How campaigns work

In the full product you create campaigns from triggers, then define steps (send message, wait, add tag, assign rep, etc.). Here’s what you can run:

Drip campaigns

Multi-step email or SMS sequences that run over time. Set delays between steps (e.g. Day 1, Day 3, Day 7) to nurture leads automatically.

Campaigns start when one of these events happens:
