How fallback behavior works when microphone or speaker playback is unavailable.
Overview
LeadLock voice widget is designed to degrade gracefully. If mic access is blocked or speech fails, the conversation continues in text mode so you do not lose the lead.

Microphone denied: widget switches to text chat input automatically.

Audio playback unavailable: transcript still appears and replies can be read.

Muted playback: visitors can keep talking while audio is silent.

Session end/reset: transcript can still be saved to CRM if enabled.
