Create or log in to Twilio and copy Account SID, Auth Token, and the SMS/Voice-capable number.

Open CRM → Integrations and paste credentials into the Twilio section.

Save, then send a test SMS to your Twilio number and watch Inbox.

For voice AI, assign the same or a dedicated number per product guidance.
Tips
- Rotate tokens if you suspect exposure—update both Twilio and LeadLock together.
