How Billing Works

Subscriptions, included Minutes, Credits, and overage — in plain language.

Overview

Your **subscription** sets the CRM and feature gates (AI Receptionist, Automations, SMS pools, etc.). **Included Minutes** reset on your billing period (often monthly). **Credits** are wallet balance for extra metered usage — universal Credits for AI/quote actions, prepaid **call Minutes** for voice overflow. **Overage** is optional per account and may bill when included + Credits are exhausted.

Resolution order (calls)

    Use included Minutes first.

  2. 2

    Then prepaid call Credits (if enabled).

  3. 3

    Then overage if your workspace allows it.

  4. 4

    Otherwise the platform blocks the call before connect so you aren’t surprised.
