Complete a job in the Tech App
On My Way, arrive, work the checklist, take before and after photos, get a signature, and collect payment before you leave.
On the job

Open the job from Today. Tap Navigate for directions.

Tap On My Way. The customer gets a text with a tracking link and the office sees the status change.

When you arrive, update the status and take before photos.

Work through the job checklist and add notes as you go.
- 5
Take after photos, then ask the customer to sign on your screen.
- 6
Open the invoice and collect payment on site, or leave it for the office to send.
- 7
Mark the job complete. Photos, signature, notes, and payment are saved to the job and the customer record.
Tips
- On a weak signal, wait until photos finish uploading before you close the app.
- Your hours on the clock flow into Payroll through your timesheet.
