LeadLock separates day-to-day CRM work from high-impact actions. Owners typically manage billing, Twilio credentials, dispatch templates, and workspace security. Managers may run dispatch boards and approve quotes. Staff focus on assigned jobs, mobile updates, and customer-facing tasks without touching subscription or integration secrets.

What to configure first

    Invite teammates from CRM → Settings → Team (or your workspace’s team entry point).

    Assign roles that match reality: who can move money, who can provision numbers, who can only update jobs.
