Overview
LeadLock AI is a CRM for service businesses that covers the full path of a job, from the first ring to the final payment. AI does the repetitive parts; you stay in control of anything that sends a message or touches money.
The flow in plain terms

A customer calls, texts, chats on your website, or fills in a form. Ava, the AI receptionist, answers calls; the website assistant answers chat.

LeadLock creates or updates one lead and logs everything on a single timeline: transcript, summary, messages, and files.

Ava (or your office) books the job into an open slot on the Calendar and texts the customer a confirmation.

On the Dispatch board you assign a tech. The Control Tower shows every job and tech on a live map.

The tech works the job in the Tech App: On My Way text, checklist, before and after photos, signature, and payment on site.

The invoice and payment land in Sales & money. Hours and completed jobs feed Payroll and Commissions.
