SMS in LeadLock is anchored on Twilio: each inbound message can create or append to a lead, appear in Inbox, and trigger instant responses or AI-written replies depending on your plan and toggles.

Connect Twilio credentials in Integrations and assign your sending number.

Send a test SMS to your Twilio inbox number.

Open CRM → Inbox and confirm thread creation.

Enable AI SMS where available and observe suggested or auto replies.
