SMS in LeadLock is anchored on your business number: each inbound message can create or append to a lead, appear in Inbox, and trigger instant responses or AI-written replies depending on your plan, toggles, and whether that line is texting-ready.

Get a business number and assign your sending line. Advanced: connect your own carrier account in Integrations.

Send a test SMS to your business number when that line is texting-ready.

Open CRM → Inbox and confirm thread creation.

Enable AI SMS where available and observe suggested or auto replies.
