Wire campaigns or instant responses so SMS sends on triggers you define.

Ensure Twilio is connected and SMS credits or limits are sufficient.

Open CRM → Campaigns (or instant response settings) and pick a trigger such as new lead or tag applied.

Add an SMS action with approved messaging (keep under carrier-friendly length).

Enable stop-on-reply rules so leads who answer are not hammered by more steps.
Upgrade
If the UI prompts an upgrade to enable SMS steps, that usually reflects Growth-tier messaging features.
