Getting Your First Lead

Three fast ways to see a lead appear in your CRM: manual add, hosted form, or webhook.

Overview

You do not need every integration on day one. Pick one path below, submit a test, then open Leads to confirm it arrived.

Option A — Add a lead manually

    Go to CRM → Leads.

    Fill in name plus email or phone, then create the lead.

  3. 3

    Open the lead and check the timeline—you are ready to practice follow-up and pipeline moves.

Option B — Hosted or embed form

    Open CRM → Integrations (or Lead capture) and copy your hosted form link or embed snippet.

  2. 2

    Submit the form once using your own email or phone.

  3. 3

    Refresh CRM → Leads; the new row should match your test submission.

Option C — Webhook (Make, Zapier, custom)

    In Integrations, copy your inbound URL and secret header.

  2. 2

    Send a test POST with name plus email or phone.

  3. 3

    Confirm the lead in Leads and check the activity log if something fails.
