Workspace layout: panels, focus, and saved layout
Resize and collapse CRM sidebars, use focus mode for threads, expand sections on demand, and reset layout—preferences save in your browser.
Overview
LeadLock’s CRM and internal workspaces support a modular layout: you can collapse side lists, widen the thread or main area, open “focus” modes that hide secondary panels, and drag splitters to resize columns where available. Grouped blocks (e.g. lead details on a conversation) can expand or collapse independently. Your choices are stored locally in your browser so the same device keeps your layout between visits—clearing site data or using another device starts fresh.
What you can do
- 1
Workspace toolbar — On supported pages, use Focus (or Exit focus) to emphasize the main content—for example thread-only when a conversation is open, or to bring back side panels.
- 2
Reset layout — Restores default widths and panel states for that workspace and clears saved layout keys for that page.
- 3
Resize — Drag the vertical handle between columns (desktop) to set inbox or detail panel width within safe min/max bounds.
- 4
Collapse to rail — Collapse a side panel to a slim strip with an expand control so you reclaim space without losing access.
- 5
Collapsible sections — Cards and groups (settings, conversation details, analytics modules) can fold open or closed; some remember their state per section key.
Tips
- On small screens, multi-column layouts stack or use overlays so the composer and tables stay usable—collapse what you do not need first.
- If layout ever feels wrong, use Reset layout on that page before filing a support ticket.
Privacy note
- Layout and UI preferences are stored in browser storage on your machine (not your password or lead data). See our Privacy Policy under cookies and storage if you need details for compliance.
