Technician app and On My Way updates
Techs work jobs from the staff app; customers can see an On My Way status page.
Overview
Technicians sign in to the staff app at /staff to see Today, Jobs, messages, and timesheets. When a tech heads to a job, the customer can receive an On My Way update with a private tracking link (/track/…) showing status and an arrival window, where enabled for your workspace.

Tech signs in at /staff/login and opens Today or Jobs.

Tech opens the job and updates field status as they go.

The customer's On My Way page shows the tech's status and ETA window. It does not show a live GPS map pin.

Customer texts follow your SMS consent rules, and recipients can reply STOP to opt out.
