Control Tower and Ops Brain explained

How the operations view, live map, routes, ETA, weather, traffic, and AI recommendations work together.

Overview

Control Tower is the dispatch surface for field work. Ops Brain is the decision-support layer inside it: it watches technician availability, route context, job status, weather risk, traffic signals, and stale GPS so dispatchers can make faster calls.

What to watch

  1. 1

Live map: staff, jobs, routes, and service-area context.

  2. 2

Routes and ETA: planned travel, estimated distance, traffic changes, and customer notification timing.

  3. 3

Weather radar: regional risk view for rain and storm context, never a street-level guarantee.

  4. 4

Ops Brain recommendations: assignment, sequencing, stale GPS, and follow-up prompts.

Decision support, not autopilot

  • Always verify safety-critical dispatch choices with the dispatcher or field lead.
  • Weather and traffic data can lag or be unavailable; LeadLock keeps the dark map working if overlays fail.
  • Radar is regional. When enabled, the map may zoom out to a supported radar level.
