Why was my call blocked?
No Minutes, no Credits, plan restriction, or billing preflight.
Overview
Outbound softphone calls run a server-side preflight before Twilio connects. If the workspace has no included Minutes left, no prepaid call Credits, overage is off, or calling is disabled for the plan, the call is blocked with a clear message — you won’t incur carrier cost for a failed attempt.

Open **Billing → Call usage** and check included vs prepaid and overage.

**Buy Credits** or **Upgrade Plan** for higher included caps.

Confirm your plan includes **AI voice / softphone** (not all tiers include PSTN minutes).
