How Credits Work
What Credits are, how to buy them, and how they’re consumed.
Overview
Credits are prepaid balance for metered actions — extra AI usage, quote intelligence, and (as prepaid call Minutes) overflow calling. Purchases run through Stripe Checkout; every change is recorded in your Credit ledger for auditability.
Buying and using

Open CRM → Billing and choose a Credit pack or call-minute pack (when configured).

After payment, Stripe confirms and your balance updates.

Usage consumes Credits after included allowances where applicable — see Call usage for voice.
Tips
- Low balance warnings appear on the Dashboard and Billing when you approach limits.
