How much does LeadLock cost?

Check the Pricing page (e.g. /pricing) for current list prices. For what each tier includes—AI caps, SMS, voice, workflows, and which CRM modules unlock—open the Help Center topic “Plans, limits & features” (/help/plans-and-limits). You can also see your current plan in Settings or Billing.

Where do I see my plan?

Settings → Billing or Account, or use the Billing/Subscription link in the app. You’ll see your current plan, usage (e.g. leads, automations), and renewal date.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Billing or the upgrade link in Settings. Choose the higher plan and complete the payment update. Your new limits and features apply after the change.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Settings → Billing (or Subscription). Use “Cancel subscription” or “Cancel plan.” Confirm. You typically keep access until the end of the billing period; after that, access may be restricted.

How do I get an invoice?

Billing or Account settings often have “Invoices” or “Billing history.” Download or view past invoices from there.
