LedgerAI solves this by connecting your flow: Leads → Clients → Invoices → Payments.

Creating an invoice in LedgerAI is quick and simple.

Steps: go to CRM → Invoices (Finance / Invoices section). Click Create Invoice. Select an existing client (or create a new one). Enter the invoice amount. Add a description (optional). Set a due date. Click Save / Send Invoice.

Tips: always set a due date to avoid delays. Add clear descriptions for better client understanding.

LedgerAI automatically tracks your payments and balances.

Each invoice shows: total amount; amount paid; remaining balance; payment status (Paid / Unpaid / Partial).

When a payment is recorded, the balance updates automatically, the invoice status changes, and payment history is stored.

Steps: open the invoice. Click Record Payment. Enter payment amount, payment method (optional), and date. Save.

What happens next: the invoice balance updates; status changes (partial or paid); payment is logged in history.

On Pro plans, LedgerAI can automatically follow up on unpaid invoices.

Features include: automatic reminders; AI-generated follow-up messages; scheduled notifications.

Example: if an invoice is overdue, the system sends a reminder and continues follow-ups until paid — so you get paid without chasing clients manually.

LedgerAI is fully connected to your LeadLock AI system.

Flow: a lead is created → lead becomes a client → invoice is generated → payment is tracked → follow-ups are automated.

Why this matters: everything is connected — no switching tools.

If an invoice shows as unpaid, it means no payment has been recorded yet.

Possible reasons: the client hasn’t paid; payment wasn’t recorded in the system; only a partial payment was recorded.

Fix: check payment history and record a payment manually if needed.
