How plans work
LeadLock AI plans control monthly usage caps (AI conversations, agents, workflows, SMS segments, voice minutes) and which modules you can open in the CRM. Higher tiers add channels (SMS, AI phone), collaboration (team roles, API), and operator features (white-label, multiple workspaces).
Pricing and list prices for each tier are on the public Pricing page. This guide explains what each feature means and what your tier is expected to include. If Stripe or admin overrides apply to your account, your billing screen is the final source of truth.
What each tier is for
Free ($0/mo): Try the chat widget and core CRM with tight caps. Up to 25 new leads per month, 25 AI conversations, 1 AI agent, no SMS and no AI voice. The website chat widget shows LeadLock branding. Automation workflows are not included (0 workflows). Best for validating embed and inbox flow.
Starter ($29/mo): Solo operators who want more AI volume without SMS or phone AI. 250 AI conversations/month, 1 AI agent, 3 automation workflows. No pooled SMS credits and no included AI voice minutes. Full CRM, forms, pipeline, quotes, LedgerAI core, and basic analytics—without unified SMS/inbox automation.
Growth ($79/mo): Teams that need SMS, campaigns, appointment booking, and stronger automation. 1,500 AI conversations, 3 agents, 10 workflows, 500 SMS credits/month. Make.com-style integrations work best here alongside SMS, campaigns, and the conversation inbox (those modules unlock at Growth). AI voice and platform Twilio numbers start at Pro.
Pro ($149/mo): Scaling teams using AI phone plus SMS. 5,000 conversations, 10 agents, 20 workflows, about 1,200 SMS credits, 100 included AI voice minutes, 1 platform-provisioned Twilio number, AI voice turns for assistant dialog, team permissions, REST API access, advanced analytics, and premium marketplace template access.
Agency ($299/mo): Multi-brand operators. 25,000 conversations, 25 agents, 100 workflows, 2,000 SMS credits, 500 voice minutes, up to 5 platform Twilio numbers, white-label widgets, multi-workspace, and higher caps across the board.
Enterprise (custom): Negotiated volumes—up to 100 AI agents, 100,000 conversations, 50,000 SMS credits, 2,000 voice minutes, 25 platform numbers, 500 workflows—plus security review, SSO options, and onboarding scopes defined in your contract.
Usage limits by plan (quick reference)
AI agents (max): Free 1 · Starter 1 · Growth 3 · Pro 10 · Agency 25 · Enterprise 100.
AI conversations per month: Free 25 · Starter 250 · Growth 1,500 · Pro 5,000 · Agency 25,000 · Enterprise 100,000.
New leads per month (cap): Free 25 only. Starter and above: no separate lead cap in the default product matrix (only the Free tier enforces a 25 lead ceiling).
SMS credits per month (segments in the pooled allowance): Free and Starter 0 · Growth 500 · Pro 1,200 · Agency 2,000 · Enterprise 50,000.
AI voice: Included minutes and AI dialog turns on Pro, Agency, and Enterprise only (Pro 100 min / Starter and Growth 0 included). Platform Twilio numbers bundle with voice-capable plans: Pro 1, Agency 5, Enterprise 25.
Automation workflows (max active/configured): Free 0 · Starter 3 · Growth 10 · Pro 20 · Agency 100 · Enterprise 500.
Branding: Free locks “Powered by LeadLock” on the chat widget. Paid plans remove that lock.
White-label widgets & multi-workspace: Agency and Enterprise.
When you approach a limit, upgrade or add purchased packs (where available) so automations and AI keep running.
What each major feature does
AI agents: Configurable assistants that reply over chat, SMS, and (on Pro+) voice. They capture fields, qualify intent, and can hand off to your team. Your plan sets how many distinct agent configurations you may run and how many AI conversation credits you consume per month.
AI conversations / month: Pooled assistant turns across chat and SMS (and voice dialog where enabled). Each inbound/outbound AI exchange draws from this pool.
Leads / month (Free): Maximum new lead records you can create on the Free tier. Higher tiers use operational limits on AI and messaging instead of a hard lead count.
SMS credits: Estimated outbound/inbound SMS segments for automation and AI SMS. Requires Twilio configuration; the Growth tier is the first tier with a non-zero monthly pool in the default matrix.
AI voice calls & minutes: Inbound/outbound AI phone answering, transcripts, and summaries in the CRM. Pro is the first tier with included minutes and platform Twilio number support.
Platform Twilio number: A phone number LeadLock helps provision for voice/SMS on supported plans so routing and AI voice share one stack.
Chat widget: Embeddable site messenger. Free enforces LeadLock branding; paid tiers unlock white-label options at Agency+.
SMS automation: Sequences and triggers that send texts via Twilio, with reply detection so nurtures pause when the lead answers.
Appointment booking: AI or user-driven scheduling tied to the lead timeline and calendar.
Automation workflows: Multi-step automations (triggers, delays, actions). Free has none; higher tiers raise the maximum number of workflows you may maintain.
Marketplace templates: Pre-built agent and workflow installs. Everyone can browse basics; Growth unlocks the marketplace for installs; Pro adds premium template tiers in the product gate.
Make.com integration: Use HTTP webhooks and scenarios to create or update leads. Starter+ can connect tooling via API/webhook; Growth+ aligns with SMS, campaigns, and inbox features teams usually pair with Make.
Campaign management: Broadcast and nurture campaigns inside CRM—enabled from Growth upward per feature gates.
Team permissions & API: Role-based access and REST API keys for integrations—enabled from Pro upward.
Advanced analytics: Deeper reporting beyond dashboard KPIs—enabled from Pro upward (basic analytics and dashboard metrics remain available on lower paid tiers).
LedgerAI invoices: Creating, sending, and tracking invoices from CRM context. Free: limited Ledger scope; Starter: core invoicing; Growth and above: full invoice + payment flows in product positioning.
Payments & expenses: Recording payments against invoices and expense tracking tied to LedgerAI—core on Starter for basics, full finance suite emphasized Growth+.
If a sidebar item shows an upgrade modal, the feature’s minimum tier comes from the same matrix the CRM uses for gating.
Choosing a plan
Pick Free to test chat capture with almost no commitment. Choose Starter when you need more AI and workflows but not SMS. Move to Growth when Twilio SMS, campaigns, appointment booking, and the unified inbox are non-negotiable. Choose Pro the moment you want AI answering the phone, transcripts in the CRM, a bundled Twilio line, team roles, and API access. Agency and Enterprise are for multi-brand operators, resellers, and compliance-heavy rollouts.
Still unsure? Open the in-app assistant from any CRM page or contact support with your expected monthly leads, SMS volume, and whether you need AI voice.
