How do I connect Twilio?

1. CRM → Settings → Integrations (or SMS / Twilio). 2. Enter your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token (from the Twilio console). 3. Add your Twilio phone number (the number that will send and receive). 4. Save and test. Once connected, you can send and receive SMS in the CRM.

Once Twilio is connected and your number is set, incoming SMS to that number are delivered to LeadLock. Replies are matched to leads by phone number and show in the Inbox and on the lead’s timeline. You can reply from the same screen.

Why are my SMS not sending?

• Check Twilio credentials (SID, Auth Token) and that the number is SMS-capable. • Ensure the lead’s phone number is in E.164 format (e.g. +1234567890). • Check plan limits and Twilio balance. • Look for error messages in the UI or in Twilio’s logs.
